What the heck is bacon jam?
It’s a bunch of really really good bacon, rendered down with a bunch of spices… onions, etc and simmered for 6 hours. Quickly pureed & blast chilled! Wala, Bacon Jam.
It’s great on burgers, grilled cheese sammys, baked potatoes and whatever else you can think of.
